I try to live by this every day! Especially to keep up with this new society.
My journey started when I came across you tube videos. I became engrossed with the whole Natural lifestyle. For me, this meant escaping the hair relaxer trap. As I became more and more educated about the chemicals that I was constantly applying to hair every few months, the more I wanted to break FREE. This also meant that I would need to be the guide for my family. My daughter is skeptical but she's coming to the light.
Also, I even dug into researching how our food is produced and manufactured. I've decided to grow my own. And to TRY to stay away from processed foods. Notice I stated try in capital letters. I'm still on my journey and there are so many temptations. Besides that, I've got my family eating more healthy foods and getting back to my roots. When I say getting back to my roots I mean, actually cooking from scratch.
